Zenworks Solutions Private Limited (Zenworks, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website and the MyTri mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) on behalf of the schools that engage us and gets onboarded on to the MyTri Mobile application platform.

This page informs you of our policies regarding collecting, using, and disclosing personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Types of Data Collected:

Personal Data: While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

 

A.    Name, Email ID, Mobile Number: This information is asked by the application while creating an account or logging in MyTri app. The users can update the information as required. This information is not shared with any third party unless necessary consent is acquired from the user.

B.    The App, also provides the facility to update images of scanned documents, photos, and video clips as part of personal Notes functionality. Uploading these data files is executed by the users themselves after reading the necessary consent in the app.

C.   In some cases, the user may use the mobile camera to take photos to upload the same in Personal Notes. This data is strictly used as per user consent and is limited to attendance records.

D.      Information about the location of your device, including geolocation information. The App may use the location of the device in case of attendance update to ensure the physical presence of the user in the premises. The user is already aware of the functionality of the App and the necessary permission is displayed in the App.

·       Cookies and Usage Data

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”).

This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When you access the Service with a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.

A.       To operate and maintain your account and to provide you access to the App and any services that you may request from time to time. Your login and password are used to identify you when you log into the platform.

C.    To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so

E.    To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service

F.    To monitor the usage of the Service

We take due care to protect customer data. Technical measures are in place to prevent unauthorized and unlawful access to data and against accidental loss or destruction of or damage to the data. The employees who are dealing with the data have been trained to protect the data from any illegal or unauthorized usage.

A.    We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of personal customer information.

B.    It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your passwords and your devices, applications. Be sure to sign off when you finish using a non personal device.

C.   The information you provide to us is stored on AWS cloud server with the necessary security precautions.

D.   Information collected from you will be stored for such period as required to complete the transaction entered into with you or such period as mandated under the applicable laws.

E.       The security of your data is important to us, but remembers that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Service Providers:

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may share your personal information such as name, phone number, email, and card details with third-party merchants to process the transactions. E.g. Financial gateways for app subscription charges payment. Please review the merchant’s privacy policy to understand how they use that information

 

 

Analytics:

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. We receive data from schools about students who are under 18 years of age and use it based on the permission provided to us to use it. We do not seek or collect data directly from students.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
